Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the 69bd website located at https://69bd.io and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, subdomains and services operated thereunder.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform, through which gaming, betting and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their 69bd Taka wallet that have not been designated as bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins value or other incentive amounts credited by 69bd subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount or the sum of a deposit and bonus must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "Taka Wallet" means the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) denominated balance held within a Player's Account.

• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, being the date from which this version of the Terms & Conditions applies.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform or creating an Account, you acknowledge and confirm that:

Eligibility

Access to and use of the 69bd Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use the Services. This is a strict minimum and no exceptions are permitted under any circumstances. 69bd operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Where 69bd has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the age of 21, the Account will be immediately suspended pending satisfactory age verification, and any winnings accumulated during the period of suspected underage play may be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is designed and operated to serve players located in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to verify whether accessing online gambling services is permitted in your jurisdiction. 69bd makes no representation that the Services are lawful in all jurisdictions and accepts no liability in connection with your decision to access the Platform.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. You must not be acting as an agent or on behalf of a third party when registering for or using an Account. Corporate registrations are not accepted.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money Services, you must complete the 69bd account registration process in full, providing accurate, current and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address within Bangladesh, mobile number and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

69bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit supporting documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle, including but not limited to:

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 69bd will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify 69bd support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

Deposits, Withdrawals and the Taka Wallet

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

69bd currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Available payment methods may change from time to time. Charges imposed by payment providers are the sole responsibility of the Player. 69bd does not charge any internal deposit or withdrawal processing fees, though this may be reviewed periodically.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and by account verification status. Players are advised to consult the cashier section of the Platform for current limits applicable to their account and chosen payment method.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Where a withdrawal request is flagged for manual review — including but not limited to first-time withdrawals, large transaction amounts, or anti-fraud checks — processing times may extend to 24 hours. 69bd reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending the outcome of a security or fraud review.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote amounts in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made via Bangladesh-based payment methods.

5.5 Inactive Account Policy

An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. 69bd reserves the right to deduct a monthly inactivity fee from the Real Money Balance of an inactive account, subject to prior notification to the registered email address. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and completing any required verification steps.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins and other promotional offers made available by 69bd are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that particular promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not available for immediate withdrawal. Before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn, the Player must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or the combined deposit and bonus amount, as stated in the individual offer) must be wagered using real-money eligible games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino table games and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate. Full contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Extensions to bonus expiry periods are not granted except in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of 69bd.

6.4 Promotion Eligibility

Promotions are available to eligible Players as specified in the individual offer terms. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Player, per household and per device. 69bd reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice and to disqualify any Player found to be abusing promotional offers.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Certified Random Number Generators

All casino games available on the 69bd Platform — including slots, table games, live dealer games and virtual sports — use certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by independent, internationally recognised game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined entirely by these certified systems and are not influenced by 69bd or by the size of any individual Player's bet.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi and hockey — are governed by the specific sport and market rules displayed at the point of bet placement. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or a bet settlement, 69bd's decision, made in accordance with its published betting rules, shall be final and binding.

7.3 Void Bets

69bd reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed: (a) in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a system error; (b) after the event to which the bet relates has concluded; (c) in breach of these Terms & Conditions; or (d) where the integrity of the event is in question. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Player's Taka Wallet.

7.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game session before the outcome has been determined, 69bd will use all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and settle the round fairly based on the last verifiable state of the game prior to the interruption. Where reconstruction is not possible, the Player's stake for that round will be refunded to their Taka Wallet.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 69bd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle;
• Using virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers or other obfuscation tools to disguise your geographic location;
• Employing automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusive betting, match-fixing, arbitrage strategies designed to exploit bonus offers, or any other activity that 69bd determines constitutes abuse of its Services;

• Harassing, threatening or engaging in abusive conduct toward 69bd support staff or other players;

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any Platform content; modify or create derivative works from any Platform content; use any Platform content for commercial purposes; or scrape, frame or otherwise extract Platform content using automated means.

Any breach of this section entitles 69bd to immediately revoke your licence to use the Platform and to seek all available legal remedies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 69bd, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill;
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, network interruptions or maintenance periods;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials;
• Losses arising from errors in odds, game outcomes or bet settlements subsequently corrected in accordance with these Terms;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Privacy and Data Protection

69bd collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. Amendments to These Terms

The updated Terms will specify a revised Effective Date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Balance.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 69bd Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Player and 69bd, the following process applies:
